Welcome to Hospitality by Miss LB ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing our solutions, or engaging in business with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services
We provide mystery shopping, hospitality consulting, customer experience evaluation, and related advisory solutions as described in our company profile and proposals. Service details may vary based on project requirements and client agreements.
2. Orders & Payments
- Orders and contracts are subject to availability, feasibility, and confirmation in writing.
- All prices are in AED (or as otherwise agreed) and may include applicable taxes, duties, or service charges.
- Payment terms are agreed upon in advance. Delayed payments may result in penalties, late fees, or suspension of services.
3. Project Delivery
- We aim to deliver projects within agreed timelines, but schedules may be affected by third-party dependencies or unforeseen circumstances.
- Risk of delays caused by external factors will be communicated promptly.
4. Warranty & Support
- We provide standard deliverables and after-sales support as per contractual agreements.
- Ongoing retainer engagements or Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) may be offered separately.
5. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, reports, trademarks, content, and documentation are the property of Hospitality by Miss LB or its licensors. Clients are granted limited usage rights only for the duration and scope of the project.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hospitality by Miss LB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific service contract under dispute.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, supplier delays, or government restrictions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
